Update: Attaching Clinical Documentation through the Predictal Portal

The issue of attaching clinical documentation has been resolved and documentation can now be attached. Providers should continue to use the electronic submission process for new authorization requests. Please contact Provider Services on the back of the member ID card if you have questions.

Original Article: We are aware providers may be experiencing difficulties attaching medical documentation to an authorization request.

Providers who can attach medical documentation through the portal should continue to do so using the normal process.

For providers having issues attaching documentation or submitting the request, please fax your request to avoid delays in care. Faxes can be sent to 1-701-277-2971, ensure all required information and documentation is submitted.
