On Nov. 7, 2024, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) informed our provider community that we are working to resolve an issue which was outlined in the HealthCare News article Claims Pricing Processing Errors.
Our claims' processing vendor is still working to identify all impacted claims. Once complete, BCBSND will begin the adjustment process. Claims impacted were processed between the dates of Oct. 18, 2024 and Nov. 2, 2024.
