Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) covers Wegovy injectable for members diagnosed with Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), formerly known as Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH). This coverage is available to all commercial members who meet prior authorization (PA) requirements despite their plan’s specific weight loss benefits.
