Register Now: New Medical Pharmacy Prior Authorization Process Virtual Training

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is excited to announce a new Medical Pharmacy prior authorization (also known as precertification's or prior approvals) process with the Medical Pharmacy Solutions team at Prime Therapeutics Management (Prime).

Join our partnering administrator Medical Pharmacy Solutions team at Prime and our BCBSND Pharmacy team for the new medical pharmacy prior authorization process training sessions. Join us for a 60-minute, web-based training session and become familiar with:

• Policies and procedures for this new process
• Medical benefit drugs that will require prior authorization
• How to complete prior authorization requests
• Where to view the status of prior authorization requests

To register, select the preferred registration date and time below:

• Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. CT
• Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024: 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. CT

You will only need to register to attend one of the educational sessions.

We recommend reserving your spot in one of these education sessions. Registered providers will receive a registration confirmation email from Prime for the virtual session you select, including instructions for dialing in by phone should you need to do so.
