Yes. If your employer offers wellness only coverage, you can have a wellness only account. You will need to complete this wellness authorization form to get access. Once your form is complete, you will receive an email when your account is available.

At this time, BCBSND.me is available for your primary medical coverage. If you have two BCBSND accounts, please use your member ID number for your primary medical coverage to register. If you encounter an issue, please try registering with your other member ID number.

Your account on BCBSND.me is associated with the member ID for your primary medical coverage.

Yes, if you have dental or vision coverage with BCBSND, you will be able to access the dental and vision portals through BCBSND.me. If you have BCBSND health coverage, you should register with your medical ID card number and your dental and/or vision coverage will also display.

If you have BCBSND dental and/or vision coverage through the same employer that offers your medical coverage, you will see your dental and/or vision plan in BCBSND.me. If your dental and/or vision coverage is offered through a different employer, you will not be able to see your dental and/or vision coverage at this time.

Either your BCBSND dental or vision member ID number will work to register for BCBSND.me.

BCBSND follows the same security protocols for BCBSND.me as we do for other systems. Part of the standards that make this system secure include requiring you to establish a strong password and use multi-factor authentication when accessing the experience.

There will be a 90-day transition period where you will be able to access the old member portal. After 90 days, you must register for BCBSND.me to access benefit information online.

No, BCBSND.me includes a variety of health and well-being resources that will replace HealthyBlue powered by WebMD.

You and your spouse (if applicable) can see detailed information about dependents until age 13. For dependents 13-18, the claims information will be shared as a high-level summary.

The Health Club Credit program is no longer available. If your employer chooses to continue to offer rewards, you still have the opportunity to earn incentives for working out by tracking activity within BCBSND.me.
