Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) commercial members will begin migrating to new systems and policies beginning Jan. 1, 2027, as previously noted in this HealthCare News article. This migration will also include new processes.
A new webpage has been created called the Provider Support Hub, which will relay information and details providers need to know about this transition, such as:
- Important terminology
- Information and support resources
- Claims submission process
- Member IDs
