Online behavioral health support

This online program is free to all BCBSND members and offers self-directed therapy modules that can help you deal with social anxiety, depression, stress, substance misuse, insomnia, panic and other behavioral challenges.

Using the platform is easy, self-paced and private. It offers:

  • 7 mental health programs based on the clinically proven principles of cognitive behavioral therapy
  • Live clinician coaching via phone, email, and text
  • Monthly webinars on relevant mental health topics
  • Mindfulness and wellness tools
