Prescription delivery through Amazon Pharmacy for 2023

Starting in 2023, BCBSND is switching to Amazon Pharmacy for your home delivery benefit. This benefit includes a built-in discount card, MedsYourWay® drug discount card, administered by Inside Rx.

Find your benefit period

Depending on your plan’s benefit period, your prescription home delivery may be available through Express Scripts or Amazon Pharmacy.

To find your benefit period, log in to the member portal and select Coverage. Your benefit period is listed under your plan name in the Coverage Summary.

  • If your benefit period starts in 2023, you will use Amazon Pharmacy.
  • If your benefit period begins in 2022, continue to use Express Scripts until your benefit period end date. After your benefit period renews in 2023, you can start using Amazon Pharmacy.
