Current Members: The Certificates of Insurance displayed on this site provide information about your current BCBSND individual health insurance coverage. In the event of a conflict between the information displayed on this site and the paper Certificate of Insurance issued to you by BCBSND, the paper Certificate of Insurance will control. If you have questions about your current BCBSND individual health insurance coverage, please contact Member Services at the telephone number on the back of your Identification Card.
Potential Members: The Certificates of Insurance displayed on this site provide information about individual health insurance coverage that may be available from BCBSND. BCBSND's electronic display of these Certificates of Insurance does not constitute a contract between you and BCBSND. To obtain individual health insurance coverage from BCBSND, your application and premium must be accepted by BCBSND. Upon acceptance, BCBSND will issue you a paper Certificate of Insurance setting forth the benefits available under your individual health insurance coverage.
