WebMD content

There’s no shortage of online health and well-being information, but who has time to sift through it all? And how do you know if it’s trustworthy? WebMD takes your input and preferences and does the upfront work for you, delivering clinically backed and easy-to-understand content that can help you meet your goals.

Rewards*

If you get insurance through an employer that offers HealthyBlue rewards, you'll earn points for reaching certain outcomes, such as losing weight, quitting smoking, or achieving fitness or activity goals. Exchange your points for cash gift cards. 

Are rewards a part of your health plan? Ask your employer or call the number on the back of your BCBSND ID card.

View and redeem points

Check your current point balance and see how far you have until your next reward. Once you're in HealthyBlue, click the "Rewards" tab located at the top navigation bar.

Health Club Credit

Get rewarded for working out. Once you're enrolled, 2,700 points (a $27 value) will go into your HealthyBlue rewards account each month you work out at a participating health club.
